If due to extenuating circumstances you are no longer able to attend a competition, we do offer a refund on our spectator tickets. Please contact us as soon you’re sure you will no longer be able to attend the competition.

To request a refund please email tumbleeventsltd@gmail.com with the date of the competition/event and “refund” in the subject. All refunds will be subject to a 10% fee to cover ticketing and administration costs.

Refunds for Tumble Camp will need to be received at least 30 days before the event commences. If we can sell this place to someone else we will refund 90% of the ticket cost.

Any request for competition refunds received within 72 hours of the competition date will not be granted.
